On November 17th, 2023, the Fourth quarterly informal briefing on the Global Refugee Forum took place. On behalf of the Sovereign Order of Malta, H.E. Prof. Michel Veuthey and Ms. Silvia Vandi attended the Conference. Ambassador Veuthey took the opportunity to announce the event linked to the Forum, co-organized with Caritas Internationalis, the UNHCR and the Special Rapporteur on human trafficking, on « Refugee Protection and Human Trafficking » which shall take place on Monday 11 December from 12 noon to 2 pm at the Palais des Nations, Room VII.
