It wishes to strengthen its awareness-raising, prevention and protection \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderofmalta.int\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Activity-Report-Order-of-Malta-2019.pdf\">efforts to assist children<\/a> affected by armed conflict, through its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderofmalta.int\/diplomatic-activities\/multilateral-relations\/\">multilateral<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderofmalta.int\/diplomatic-activities\/bilateral-relations\/\">bilateral<\/a> diplomatic networks. It has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderofmalta.int\/2021\/02\/18\/interview-vatican-radio-grand-chancellor-calls-equitable-distribution-anti-covid-vaccine\/\">intensified its medical and social programmes in many countries in the world<\/a> on behalf of children during the pandemic through its National Associations and its world humanitarian organization <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malteser-international.org\/en\/about-us\/current-topics\/covid-19.html\">&#8220;Malteser International&#8221;.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Sovereign Order of Malta wishes to continue the dialogue with the Special Representative and other stakeholders, including faith-based organizations and academic communities, in order to optimize the full compliance with <strong>international humanitarian law, human rights law and <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderofmalta.int\/2021\/02\/22\/order-malta-organizes-course-protection-migrants-refugees-libyan-authorities\/?fbclid=IwAR1F1PPq6QTa6YuqRNh7yg3TREXn5bQsjIrEG0R35dh9QjkFzJLYvrg7tSw\"><strong>refugee law<\/strong><\/a> on behalf of children in armed conflict, through advocacy and action.<\/p>\n<p>The Order of Malta shares the conclusion of the Special Representative that <em>\u201cAll must be done to ensure that children do not become the main victims of the pandemic, and to build a better world where their rights are promoted and protected and where no child is left behind.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n","news_gallery":"no","news_excerpt":"Report of the Special Representative of the Secretary-Generalon Violence against Children, Mrs. Najat Maalla M\u2019jid.\u00a0","evidence":"yes"},"news_categories":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/nohumantrafficking.orderofmalta.int\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/notizie\/201","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/nohumantrafficking.orderofmalta.int\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/notizie"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/nohumantrafficking.orderofmalta.int\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/news"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/nohumantrafficking.orderofmalta.int\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/notizie\/201\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nohumantrafficking.orderofmalta.int\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/198"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/nohumantrafficking.orderofmalta.int\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=201"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
